Matt J. Duffy leads the close-knit staff of Oxford Editing.A seasoned editor and writer with
more than 15 years of experience, Duffy teaches writing,
journalism and communication courses at Georgia State
University in Atlanta. He honed his skills as an
editor with several newspapers (including the Boston
Herald) and as a writer for various publications
(including the now-defunct New York Sun.)
Duffy earned a
master’s degree in journalism and mass communication from
the Grady School of Journalism, home of the
prestigious Peabody Award. By May 2010, he will earn a Ph.D.
in Public Communication at Georgia State University. His combination of
newspaper and academic experience provides a
unique perspective to oversee a wide swath of projects.
